Footem Terms & Conditions — Rules and Terms of Use

To open an account on the footem platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. The information you provide during registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Each individual may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure, and they must not be shared with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. footem may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time, and failure to provide them may result in temporary account suspension.

While using the footem platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Conducting any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities on the platform is strictly prohibited. You may not use automated software, bots, or scripts to attempt to interfere with the platform's systems. Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other users is strictly prohibited and such behavior may result in account termination. Deliberately attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or flaws in the platform may result in legal action. footem reserves the right to review any transaction or activity and to suspend it in cases of suspicion.

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳) and must comply with applicable minimum and maximum limits. Deposited funds are only accepted through the platform's approved payment methods, and deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Funds associated with bonuses or promotional offers must meet specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. footem reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error. Records of all transactions are stored in your account history, and in the event of any dispute, footem's records will be considered final.

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on the footem platform are the exclusive property of footem and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, but any form of reverse engineering or code extraction is prohibited. Unauthorized use of footem's trademarks or brand name may result in legal action. Full responsibility for any content uploaded to the platform by a user lies solely with that user.

The footem platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and footem will not be liable for any damages caused by technical disruptions, server downtime, or third-party service failures. footem bears no responsibility for financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation, and if necessary, resolved in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. footem reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
